We are as excited as you are about your purchase. Your merchandise will ship your choice of the following flexible shipping options.
Shipping costs include transport, as well as order preparation, packaging and tracking costs Shipping costs are calculated in the best possible way to satisfy every customer.
In accordance with the Hamon's law of March 17th, 2014 who took effect from 14 2014, the products ordered shall be delivered within a maximum period of 30 days from the date when order has been registered and payment has been paid in full. You may cancel your order in the contrary event.
Some out of stock products may have delivery times longer than 30 days following the date of the order. Such products will clearly bear the estimate products you will automatically accept these extended delivery time.
Please note that all orders are processed Monday after 5 pm begin processing the next business day.

1/ DPD/ EXAPAQ

Main characteristics :

packages shipped to Benelux, Germany, the northern parts of France and the UK should arrive in 2 to 3 working days; for Spain, your package should arrive within 5 working days at the utmost.

We will send you a confirmation email when your items have been shipped, so you know when to expect a parcel. Please check the DPD website for the estimated delivery times to your country.
Tracking service: you can check the DPD website for the status of the delivery of your package using the package number listed our confirmation email.

Your package is insured for total loss. This means you'll get a refund when your package goes missing or arrives badly damaged. Please be aware that the delivery will occur during the daytime only ! You might want to indicate another delivery address (family, work, parents, ...) if you are not at home during office hours.

DPD offers 3 attempts to deliver the package before it is returned to Nataquashop.

Available products typically begin preparation for shipment as soon as the payment method is verified. Products ship once they are confirmed in stock, packed to ship, payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Estimated Delivery Date will provide details on when you can expect your product to arrive.

Pre-Order Products
Pre-Order products are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. Products are shipped directly to you once available. You will not be charged for your order until it has shipped and you will be notified via email with tracking information.
