Because you have the right to change your mind ...
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days to return and get your money back.
According to the law, this cooling-off period is 14 days for items purchased at Nataquashop without any justification. You have a 14 days deadline as from the date of reception to return Nataquashop the products (postmark). However, you will have to pay the return shipping costs. 
 

RETURN POLICY


Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a return and timely refund. 
Returned product must be in original, unused condition with all tags and labels still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the criteria above and also the customized products (for example, a printed customized sportswear). 
If for any reason your return is not accepted, we will notify you with explanation and send the product back to the address provided on the original order (unless notified otherwise). 
For all returns/exchanges, you can go to "order status" situated on "my account". You select the product which you would like to return, then click on the button "return". Once our After Sales Services verified your request, you will receive a Return Authorization by e-mail.  
You will also be able to contact Nataquashop Customer Service to set up a Return Authorization for inspection. Once your Return Authorization request has been processed, you will receive an RA via email. Please print the RA and include it in the package you are shipping to :

In receipt of the returned product(s), the After-Sales Service will check the content of the parcel, the conformity and the condition of the product(s). If everything is in line, you will receive a notification by e-mail.
For safety's sake, please ship your return with a tracking number. In event that the return is not received by Nataquashop, your request cannot be taken into account.
Please note : Nataquashop does not accept any return at the stores.
The Return Authorization can be found on "My Account". You select the tab "Return and Credit note" then click on the order you wish and after you click on "print" tab. You will include it in the package you are shipping to Nataquashop.
All costs in connection with returning of goods shall be at the expense of customer, unless the seller gives prior consent (an error occurred while preparing the package). 

EXCHANGES 


If you need a different item or size, you will need to return the product you have received, and place a new order. While we do not currently provide shipping for returns, we can assist you with any shipping charges on your replacement order if you return the product(s) during the cooling-off period of 14 days). 
The return procedure should be adopted as described above.
The replacement order should be dispatched if the products you need are in stock. Otherwise, a credit note (the amount of the order included the shipping fees) will be added on your account.
For any exchange, Nataquashop has to wait the return arrived before dispatching the new article (provided that it is the same product but different size)
Therefore, the exchange procedure can take 4-6 business days once the return reached Nataquashop (depending on the mode of transport chosen for return and for the replacement order).
For any urgent matter, you should place the new order for the product you wish. 
 

CREDIT ON CUSTOMER ACCOUNT


If you would like to cancel your order and get a credit note for placing a new order, here are the conditions :
- During the cooling-off period of 14 days*, Nataquashop will set up for you, a credit note will be for the full value paid for the returned items and included the shipping fees.
- Otherwise, your account will only be credited the full value paid for the returned items; shipping and handling fees will not be credited.
* The cooling-off period of 14 days means the delay between the date on which the customer received the delivery, and the date of the postmark on the returned package.
For all orders delivered out of France and Monaco, the shipping cost will not be credited.
Any request received beyond 30 days, the return will be automatically denied and you should send an amount of shipping cost to Nataquashop in order to reship the product back to you.

Once your return has been accepted by the After-Sales Service, your credit note will be set up on your account. You will therefore receive a notification by e-mail.

REFUND


- If your return reaches us within the cooling-off period of 14 days, we will apply a credit to your original payment method. Except the order paid by gift voucher, the reimbursement is unfortunately not possible. A credit note will be therefore set up on your account. 
However, the shipping cost would not, under any circumstances, be refunded.
- If your return reaches us beyond the cooling-off period of 14 days, a credit note on your account will be set up. The shipping cost would not, under any circumstances, be refunded.
All purchases made during Sales periods cannot be reimbursed. A credit note corresponding to the full value paid for the returned items will only be set up.
A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. During peak seasons please allow up to 30 business days for your return to process.
 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT


If for any reason you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Nataquashop Customer Service representative within 30 days of delivery date. We will make every effort to get your items returned and replaced as quickly as possible.
In receipt of your return, the After-Sales Service will check the condition of the product(s) in connection with the Brand representative before keeping you informed if the product(s) can be accepted.
If it's positive, Nataquashop will arrange to send you a new article or a credit note will be set up. 
If your return is rejected, Nataquashop will ask you to send an amount corresponding to the shipping cost in order to resend you a new article.
Please note that, Nataquashop accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during use of product.
Nataquashop reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wearand-tear. We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous defective claim. Please have product in hand when you contact the team. The team will need you to read the article number printed on the product to determine authenticity & eligibility for your inspection.
 

PRODUCT MIX-UP


As to returns in connection with a delivery error, an error on a product, etc., please contact Nataquashop Customer Service representative within 30 days of delivery date.
A Return Authorization will be processed, you will receive an RA via email. Please print the RA and include it in the package you are shipping to Nataquashop. 
If your return is accepted, Nataquashop will arrange to send you the right product or a credit note will be set up. 
If your return is rejected, Nataquashop will ask you to send an amount corresponding to the shipping cost in order to resend you a new article.
For all reclaims following the difference of colors on the photo shown on the web site and the real product (due to brightness, contrast mode, etc.), Nataquashop reserves the right to deny the return. 
Please be careful in ordering any TURBO swimwear ; the production of the same model can be changed in terms of size, design and colors. Nataquashop shall not be liable for any damage/error in connection with this matter. Any returns associated with this ground cannot be accepted.
 

MISSING PRODUCTS


In case of missing product(s), please contact Nataquashop Customer Service representative within 10 days of delivery date. The Shipping department will inspect your order in order to know what is motivating the issue. If it is due to an error on our part, the missing product will immediately ship to you.
